Celeste's Island Cuisine has great prices and excellent food! It is located across the street from the mini-mall in West Bay at West Bay Lodge, Roatan. The hand painted murals, decor, and parrots, make for a fun and festive atmosphere! It is open at 8 a.m. and serves Breakfast ($5), Lunch and Dinner ($5-$15 depending on your beverage). |

Celeste's Island Cuisine is known for her famous Gourmet Baleada's Baleada's are fresh made flour tortillas, choice of meat, black beans, pepper jack cheese, fresh salsa, crema, and Jalapeno's on request! Try Lobster, Shrimp, Grouper, Chicken, Pulled Pork, Steak, and Vegetarian!

You will find beautiful mural work throughout West Bay Lodge like these that adorn the restaurant. Wait until you see the beautiful ceilings in the Serenity Day Spa! They are tranquil blue with clouds and soft colorful birds. A local Islander artist named "Luma", did all the artwork. Perhaps you will find a canvas painting he did and want to take it home! Thanks Luma, for making West Bay Lodge so unique and tropical looking! |

Evenings at Celeste's Island Cuisine
Take a Rum Punch, Monkey La La, or a drink of your choice down to the beach to see a beautiful Roatan sunset! As you wind your way back you will see Celeste's Island Cuisine all aglow as they prepare for dinner guests. Be sure to try the Lobster and Shrimp dishes!
There is light at the pool in the evenings, so you may want a relaxing swim before you go to bed.
